Just a simple restart solved my problem, sorry.
anyone know of a reason why this messed up my cd-dvd drive? it wont open, it says now when i run the virtual machine that D: is not a disk drive. It was the first time i ran it and now its not?
And on AMD it worked but I couldn’t update to 10.4.11 because, after the update was finished, I restarted and it said that message with stack fault that I said before. But the sound and the web worked!
My previous comment was about the VM in my AMD machine. Like I said, I tried Intel and it doesn’t work. It says “Virtual machine kernel stack fault” and it asks me to reset the VM or to shut it down. Help please!
I’m actually using leopard 10.5.6 right now on work station. I’m at max ram and it’s still slow. I have no sound. But all and all it’s works. I’ve always used a mac and I’m at a friends house for the week and I had to do this because he has Windows 7 Ultimate and I don’t care to use it,

If you want to update to 10.4.11, use an Intel processor, and for Internet, when you create the VM, select NAT instead of bridged networking.
with these steps, you’ll have a virtual Hackintosh!

Do you have the ISO?
windows is fast if you know how to use it and mantain the machine.. after all a computer only reacts to its user inputs.. but if you’re looking for something really fast try a linux live cd don’t have to install or nothing you should give it a try…as windows does have lots of bugs and stuff…..
